Alcohol Ignition Interlock System Program - Qualification for Driver's License

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to issue a driver's license that is valid only in the State to an applicant whose license is suspended or revoked in another jurisdiction for an alcohol-related driving offense if the Administration imposes an alcohol restriction, and the licensee participates in the Ignition Interlock System Program for at least 1 year; and authorizing specified applicants to participate in the Ignition Interlock System Program.
