Mortuary Science Business - Corporations - Licenses

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Morticians to issue to a corporation a license to operate a mortuary science business; providing that if a license is not used within a 2-year period, it shall be void; requiring that if a corporate license is sold or transferred, the consideration for the transfer of the license may not exceed the amount of the fee paid to the Board; repealing the restriction that the Board may only renew a corporate license if the corporation has held the license continuously since June 1, 1945; etc.
