Vehicle Laws - Mandatory Seat Belt Use - Repeal

Synopsis:

Repealing seat belt use requirements for persons over age 16 who are either operators of or passengers in an outboard front seat of a motor vehicle; repealing the prohibition against the use of evidence of failure to use a seat belt to indicate liability of specified persons; repealing requirements that establish specified programs and that the Administration report specified information regarding seat belt use; and repealing fines imposed for a violation of specified seat belt use requirements.
