Higher Education - Private Career Schools - Tuition and Fees

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Higher Education Commission to require a private career school to publish in its catalog its schedule of tuition and fees and method of payment; and prohibiting the Commission from disallowing private career schools from offering a discounted tuition or fee for a course even if the discounted amount is different from the school's published tuition and fees.
