Campaign Finance Law - State Officeholders - Reporting Requirement Following Convening of the Legislative Session

Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Comptroller, and members of the General Assembly, and any affiliated fund-raising entity, to file a statement of contributions and transfers on or before the third Monday of a regular legislative session if they received contributions or transfers totaling more than $1,000 between the close of their last statement of contributions and expenditures and the start of the legislative session; requiring the statement to be filed electronically; etc.
