Synopsis:

Requiring a property bondsman to register and remain in good standing with the District Court for the purpose of issuing bail bonds; making it a misdemeanor to act as a property bondsman unless specified conditions are met; and prohibiting a clerk or commissioner from accepting real estate as security for a bail bond unless the individual offering the real estate provides specified documents.
