Synopsis:

Clarifying the definition of eligible person; extending the duration of parole after the person on parole has successfully completed a specified time period on parole; allowing the abrogation of parole supervision when the Board of Review determines that it is no longer necessary after the person on parole has completed the specified time period on parole; limiting the Board of Review's authority to request that a court vacate or suspend the remainder of a sentence; etc.
