Budget Process - Appropriation to Transportation Trust Fund - Mass Transit Support

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Governor, after passage of the budget bill by at least one house of the General Assembly but before final action on the budget, to submit a supplemental budget proposing a general fund appropriation to the Transportation Trust Fund; stating the intent of the General Assembly that an appropriation under the Act not exceed the lesser of $100,000,000 or an amount based on a specified calculation, and that the additional funds be used for mass transit capital or operating support; etc.
