Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transportation Authority to implement a toll free day each year on the day before the Thanksgiving Day holiday; prohibiting the Authority from collecting tolls at any transportation facilities project on the toll free day; requiring the Authority to take specified actions, including undertaking a public information campaign to inform motorists of the toll free day established under the Act; etc.
