Synopsis:

Authorizing and clarifying the use of promotional devices, such as sweepstakes, gift awards, lodging certificates, or discounts, to solicit the purchase of time-shares if specified disclosures are made to the purchaser; repealing prohibitions against using specified promotional devices; exempting the use of promotional devices, that are used to solicit the purchase of time-shares, from specified provisions of the law; etc.
