Restricting benefits to be paid to seasonal employees under the State unemployment insurance laws; requiring the Secretary to make seasonal determinations based on information provided by an employer claiming to be a seasonal employer; providing for the effective date of a seasonal determination and its effect on claims by employees for work outside the seasonal employment; requiring that a seasonal employer notify its employees of their seasonal status within a specified time; etc.
