Requiring specified related institutions to immunize residents against the influenza virus and pneumococcal disease and employees against the influenza virus in accordance with specified standards and within specified time frames; requiring specified related institutions to obtain specified consent from specified individuals prior to administering an immunization; requiring specified related institutions to document specified information; etc.
