Synopsis:

Authorizing the Rural Legacy Board in the Department of Natural Resources to transfer development rights from Rural Legacy Areas to specified areas within a priority funding area in a specified manner; authorizing that specified funds may be used for the purchase of development rights in specified situations; providing that specified information be contained in the instrument of purchase of specified development rights; etc.
