Synopsis:

Requiring entities that provide coverage for prescription drugs and devices under policies, contracts, or certificates issued or delivered in the State to issue to insureds or enrollees prescription cards or other proof of insurance that meets specified criteria; requiring new prescription cards to be issued under specified circumstances; and providing for the application of the Act.
