Telephones - Caller Identification Services - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting local telephone companies from offering specified customers the option of not displaying the customer's telephone number on the telephone instrument of the called party; exempting specified customers; and providing that a violation of the Act is a misdemeanor subject to specified penalties.
