Real Property - Abatement of Nuisance

Synopsis:

Expanding the definition of "nuisance" to include the providing of sexual services, including vaginal intercourse, sexual acts, or sexual contact; authorizing business owners organizations to bring an action to abate specified nuisances; authorizing the District Court to require a manager of a business located on property that has had a nuisance abatement action brought against it to submit a plan of correction to the court if the manager is a party in the action and the manager knew of the existence of the nuisance; etc.
