Ethics - Business Transactions Involving Legislators and Lobbyists - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a legislator or a member of a legislator's immediate family from engaging in specified business transactions with an individual regulated lobbyist; prohibiting an individual regulated lobbyist from engaging in specified business transactions with a legislator or a member of a legislator's immediate family; specifying exceptions; and requiring disclosure to the Joint Committee on Legislative Ethics of specified business transactions.
