Synopsis:

Transferring to Prince George's County and Montgomery County specified ancillary services provided by the WSSC; requiring a master plumber to obtain a permit from the county before cutting into specified property; repealing the authority of the WSSC to authorize connections, hookups, and authorizations for service; repealing the authority of the WSSC to regulate gasfitting and sewer cleaning; repealing the authority of the WSSC to regulate plumbing and installation in specified areas; etc.
