Acupuncture - Auricular Detoxification

Synopsis:

Permitting an individual who is licensed to practice a health occupation in the State to provide auricular detoxification under specified supervision by an acupuncturist licensed by the State Acupuncture Board; providing for the qualifications and training of the individual; exempting the individual from obtaining a license to practice acupuncture in the State; providing for the setting where an individual may provide auricular detoxification; etc.
