State Used Tire Cleanup and Recycling Fund

Synopsis:

Transferring the State Used Tire Cleanup and Recycling Fund to the Maryland Environmental Service from the Department of the Environment; reestablishing a specified tire recycling fee; altering the purposes of the Fund; transferring specified authority concerning uses of the Fund to the Director of the Service; providing for the continuity of specified matters; and providing for the application of the Act.
