Health Occupations - Morticians - Regulation of Crematories

Synopsis:

Requiring a crematory to be licensed by the State Board of Morticians before the crematory may be used for the cremation of human remains; requiring a crematory to provide specified information to the State Board of Morticians; establishing that a crematory shall be responsible for specified activities that occur on the premises of the crematory; requiring that all signs and advertisements for a crematory licensed under the Act display the name that appears on the crematory license; etc.
