Crimes - Presence of a Child - Penalties

Synopsis:

Establishing penalties for the commission of specified violent crimes by a person in the presence of the person's biological child or stepchild or in the presence of the victim's child; and establishing that a sentence imposed under this Act may be separate from and consecutive to a sentence for any offense based on the act or acts establishing the violation of the Act.
