Requiring specified hospitals or related institutions to make provision for the use of their facilities and staff privileges for certified nurse midwives; authorizing a hospital or related institution to restrict use of its facility and staff privileges by certified nurse midwives to those who meet the qualifications of the hospital or related institution; providing for the construction of the Act; etc.
