Creating the Task Force to Study Employment Barriers Facing Individuals with Disabilities; providing for the appointment, membership, chair, staff, and duties of the Task Force; requiring the members to be appointed by August 1, 2000; requiring the Task Force to have its first meeting by September 1, 2000; requiring the Task Force to report to the Governor and to the General Assembly; and providing for the termination of the Task Force.
