Synopsis:

Authorizing the Child Support Enforcement Administration to serve an earnings withholding notice on an employer of an obligor under specified circumstances; altering provisions relating to the amount of earnings withholding under an earnings withholding order or earnings withholding notice; establishing procedures for earnings withholding if there is more than one earnings withholding order or earnings withholding notice against a single obligor; etc.
