In Vitro Services - Embryos and Gametes - Consent and Disposition

Synopsis:

Requiring a couple or an individual to provide advance written consent for in vitro or other assisted reproduction services and advance written directives as to the disposition of cryopreserved eggs or embryos, sperm, and fertilized eggs or embryos; requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt specified regulations; providing for the modification of the directives; and requiring specified services to state time limits for storage of cryopreserved eggs or embryos, sperm, and fertilized eggs or embryos.
