Synopsis:

Altering exemptions from the recordation tax and State transfer tax to provide for a separate exemption for specified instruments of writing that transfer title to real property from the individual or individuals conducting real estate enterprises, including sole proprietorships and tenancies by the entireties, to a limited liability company under specified circumstances; etc.
