Mass Transit Administration - Reduction of Fare Recovery Ratio - Plan to Offset Reduced Revenues

Synopsis:

Requiring the Mass Transit Administration, in the event the Department of Transportation or the Administration proposes the reduction of the mandated 50% fare recovery ratio for the funding of mass transit operations, to submit to the committees of the General Assembly considering the reduction a proposal to offset any resulting reduction in revenues with revenues from sources other than motor fuel taxes, vehicle titling taxes, and vehicle registration fees.
