Education - Rebate to Counties for New Teacher Settlement Costs

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education to provide a rebate to counties for settlement costs the county incurs for the benefit of new teachers, subject to a limitation on the property value and a limitation on the type of cost to which the rebate applies; requiring each county to maintain records of settlement costs incurred for the benefit of new teachers and to submit the records to the Department by a specified date each year; etc.
