Allowing the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance to designate, by regulation, the routine duties of a physician assistant; requiring proof of advanced training for other than routine duties; authorizing a physician to delegate medical acts to an unlimited number of physician assistants in a correctional or public health facility; authorizing delegation agreements for an alternate supervising physician; etc.
