Establishing procedures for investigations or interrogations of correctional employees; establishing guidelines for the conduct of an interrogation of a correctional employee by a law enforcement agency; establishing a procedure for filing a complaint alleging specified actions of brutality against a correctional employee; requiring that a correctional employee under investigation receive specified information; etc.
