Police and Court Records -- Misidentification - Expungement

Synopsis:

Authorizing a person who was misidentified because a defendant used the person's name as an alias to petition for the expungement of specified records maintained by the State; and authorizing a petition to be filed immediately after discovery of the misidentification.
