Establishing the Millennium - One Maryland Monument Commission; requiring the Commission to make recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly regarding the design, construction, and placement of the monument; providing for the membership of the Commission; requiring the Commission to report its findings to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2000; requiring the Governor to include at least $150,000 in the State budget for fiscal year 2002 for the Millennium - One Maryland Monument; etc.
