Altering provisions of law relating to the regulation of medical directors for health maintenance organizations; establishing a State Board of Medical Directors in the Insurance Administration; providing for the composition, terms of members, officers, quorum, meetings, and staff of the Board; requiring the Board to adopt specified regulations; requiring the Board to maintain a list of certified medical directors and to submit an annual report; etc.
