Telephone Misuse - Telephone Company Charges

Synopsis:

Requiring a person convicted of criminal conduct involving telephone misuse to make restitution of the telephone company charges for the change of a telephone number, the installation of a caller identification device, or other services provided to a residential customer seeking relief from the telephone misuse; and prohibiting a telephone company from levying charges against residential customers for the reporting or documenting of criminal conduct involving telephone misuse.
