Environment - Dredge Spoil - Beneficial Placement

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from dumping, depositing, or scattering dredge spoil excavated from the Chesapeake Bay or its tributaries into or onto Site 104 before February 1, 2002; creating an Oversight Commission on Chesapeake Bay Dumping; providing for the membership and staffing of the Commission; and requiring the Commission to provide an interim and a final report.
