Minors - Possession of Tobacco Products - Loss of Driving Privileges and Other Penalties

Synopsis:

Allowing an intake officer or juvenile court to require suspension of a minor's driving privileges for specified repeat violations pertaining to tobacco products; increasing the maximum number of hours that can be required in a supervised work program; requiring an intake officer to grant a minor specified options for an initial or second violation; etc.
