Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $350,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the South Baltimore Learning Corporation for the planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, and capital equipping (including the upgrading of handicapped-accessibility fixtures) of, and the addition of an elevator to, the South Baltimore Learning Center, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
