Entitled:
Waiver of Tuition and Fees - Foster Care Recipients

Synopsis:

Providing a waiver from tuition and mandatory fees for specified students who enter an institution of higher education and who reside or have resided in foster care; providing the conditions for receiving the waiver; exempting a recipient from repaying specified amounts; providing for the duration of the waiver; requiring the Department of Human Resources to provide specified information to the Maryland Higher Education Commission each year; etc.
