Workers' Compensation Insurance - Religious Waiver

Synopsis:

Allowing an employee to waive coverage under the State's workers' compensation laws if the employee is a member of a religious sect or division of a sect and the beliefs of that sect or division require the employee to reject public or private insurance benefits paid for death or a disability incurred in the course of employment as the result of an occupational injury or disease or medical services or treatments provided for an occupational injury or disease incurred in the course of employment; etc.
