Natural Resources - Fishery Management Plans - Chesapeake Bay and Coastal Bays

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Natural Resources to prepare fishery management plans that apply, separately or jointly, to the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries, the coastal bays and their tributaries, and the Atlantic Ocean; providing that specified regulations may not take effect until the Department holds a public hearing; etc.
