Synopsis:

AUthorizing a court, juvenile intake officer, or District Court commissioner to include, before a defendant's pretrail or prehearing release, specified reasonable protections for the safety of the alleged victim and provisions regarding no contact with the alleged victim or the alleged victim's premises or place of employment; etc.
