Workers' Compensation - Appeal Proceedings - Admissibility of Health Care Writings or Records

Synopsis:

Authorizing a party who has filed an appeal from a decision by the Workers' Compensation Commission to introduce specified health care writings or records without the support of the testimony of a health care provider as the maker or the custodian of the writing or record under specified circumstances; providing procedures for the introduction of the writings or records; defining "health care provider"; and providing for the application of the Act.
