Community College Job Training Opportunity Program - Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Block Grant

Synopsis:

Establishing a Community College Job Training Opportunity Program; requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to administer the Program; providing that the purpose of the Program is to provide funding for job training advance accounts that will allow eligible individuals to pursue approved job training programs at community colleges; requiring that the Program be funded with money from the federal Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) block grant and any other available public or private source; etc.
