University System of Maryland - Soil Testing - Fees and Procedures

Synopsis:

Requiring soil testing laboratories in the University System of Maryland to establish procedures for the submission of agricultural field soil samples; prohibiting the laboratories from charging a testing fee if the samples are submitted in accordance with the procedures; and requiring the laboratories to issue test results within 60 days of receipt of the sample.
