Family Law - Child Abduction - Restitution

Synopsis:

Requiring a person convicted of child abduction to make restitution in addition to other penalties and requiring the restitution to include repayment to the State for costs incurred by the State in locating or returning a child as a result of the conduct giving rise to the conviction.
