Synopsis:

Requiring a court to impose participation in specified alcohol or drug treatment or education programs as a condition of a suspended sentence, probation, or probation before judgment for specified alcohol, drug, or controlled dangerous substances offenses; authorizing a court to prohibit operation of a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock system as a condition of a suspended sentence, probation, or probation before judgment; etc.
