Drunk Driving - Intoxicated Per Se - Driving While Under the Influence

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from driving or attempting to drive while having a specified alcohol concentration; altering the definition of "intoxicated per se" for purposes of various alcohol-related driving offenses; making a blood alcohol concentration test result of 0.08 or greater conclusive evidence of a person's alcohol concentration at the time of testing; reducing the level of alcohol concentration that will result in the suspension of a driver's license under specified circumstances; etc.
