Health - Assisted Living Programs - Regulation

Synopsis:

Requiring a local health department to provide the required periodic medication management reviews at no cost to a licensed assisted living program, if at least 50 percent of the residents of the licensed assisted living program have monthly incomes of less than $900 each; prohibiting a county from considering as occupants of an assisted living program facility a provider of assisted living services or a member of the provider's immediate family; etc.
