Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Governors of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of new buildings, and for the repair, renovation, and reconstruction of existing facilities and exhibits, including Marine Railway and Vessels, at the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum in Talbot County, subject to a matching fund requirement; etc.
